These Terms govern your use of LvPrompts (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Description of Service

LvPrompts provides editable prompts for creating banners and posters. You copy prompts from our site and paste them into third‑party AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google AI Studio (Gemini), Qwen, or others to generate images. We do not generate images on your behalf and are not responsible for third‑party tools or their outputs.

2) Acceptance of Terms

By using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

3) Eligibility & Access

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Access may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms.

4) Accounts & Security

Currently, you may browse and use prompts without creating an account. If we introduce accounts or subscriptions later, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

5) Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or misleading purposes.
• Respect intellectual property and privacy rights. Use only content (photos, logos, fonts, trademarks) that you have rights to use.
• Do not scrape, harvest, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls or rate limits.
• Comply with applicable platform policies (e.g., Meta, Google, YouTube) and with the terms of any AI model you use.

6) User Content & Licenses

• Your Content: You retain ownership of content you supply. You grant us a non‑exclusive license to display and operate the site (e.g., thumbnails or examples you voluntarily submit).
• Prompts: Our templates and copy remain our intellectual property. We grant you a non‑exclusive license to use the prompts for creating marketing materials and outputs. You may not resell or redistribute our prompts as a competing library.
• Outputs: Ownership and rights to AI‑generated outputs are governed by the terms of the model provider you use (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT). You are responsible for ensuring legal use of outputs.

7) Intellectual Property

All site materials, including text, layout, graphics, design systems, and logos, are owned by LvPrompts or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Third‑party names and logos are property of their respective owners.

8) Third‑Party Tools & Links

We may reference or link to tools like ChatGPT, Google AI Studio (Gemini), Qwen, Midjourney, or others. We are independent and not affiliated unless explicitly stated. We do not control or warrant third‑party services.

9) Payments, Trials & Refunds

Our prompts are currently available without charge. If we introduce paid plans, pricing and refund terms will be presented at checkout and updated here.

10) Privacy

We aim to collect minimal information. For privacy questions, contact tmirror987@gmail.com. (If a dedicated Privacy Policy is published later, it will govern data practices.)

11) Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the site (or any part) at any time without liability. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may contain errors or biases and should be reviewed before use. See also our Disclaimer.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LvPrompts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the site or prompts.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lvprompts and its team from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the site, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

15) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India for any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the site.
