Correction Policy

We aim for accuracy, clarity, and transparency. If you spot an issue in a prompt, example, screenshot, or metadata on this site, we want to fix it quickly and publicly.

1) Scope

This policy covers all content we publish: prompts and templates, on‑page examples, image captions and alt text, category metadata, and instructional copy in Learn pages. It does not cover third‑party content generated by external AI tools after you paste the prompt (those are governed by the tool provider’s terms).

2) How to request a correction

Email tmirror987@gmail.com with the subject “Correction Request”. Include:

  • The page URL and the exact section/line (copy a short snippet if possible).
  • A brief description of what is inaccurate or unclear.
  • Any evidence, references, or correct wording you suggest.
  • Your contact details if we need more info.

3) Editorial review workflow

  • Triage (within 24–48h): We acknowledge receipt and classify the issue (typo, factual, compliance, IP, safety, etc.).
  • Verification: We check sources, design intent, and safety guidelines; for factual items we consult authoritative references.
  • Resolution: We will either (a) fix and republish, (b) add an update note or clarification, (c) temporarily remove content while investigating, or (d) decline with a brief rationale.

4) Transparency & change notes

Substantive updates (e.g., layout guidance changed, pricing examples replaced, claims corrected) are marked with an “Updated” note near the affected section. Each policy page displays a Last updated date.

5) Time‑sensitive information

Some prompts reference seasonal offers or venue highlights. We aim to keep examples evergreen; where time‑bound details are unavoidable, they will be clearly labeled as examples.

6) User‑submitted content

If users share examples or assets for featuring on our site, they are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to share them. We may remove user‑submitted content that is unlawful, infringes IP, or violates platform policies.

7) Intellectual property & takedowns

Report suspected infringement to tmirror987@gmail.com with details (URL, description, proof of ownership). We review and may remove or disable access while investigating.

8) Safety & prohibited content

We reject or revise prompts that could facilitate harm, discrimination, or policy violations (e.g., misleading ads, trademark misuse, or restricted industries contrary to platform rules).

9) Model limitations

Generated outputs come from third‑party AI models and may contain errors or biases. Always review results before publishing; see our Disclaimer.
